Realistic TRC-30A

I a Realistic TRC-30A. I already have one but it didn't work so i asked if he could fix it for me and he instead of fixing it ill give you the same radio i have. so he gave me the radio and i have a realistic microphone so i wired it up for a 5 pin realistic mic connector and it didn't work to well so i wired it back to a 4 pin cobra mic connector and just used an adapter to connect it to the radio. (if this makes no sens to you just let me know ill try to explain it better.)

theme almost killed my computer

i was getting board with my default theme for windows xp so i decided to download alien GUIse the alien ware themes. so it installed fine and when i went to activate one of the new themes to see what it looked like it worked just fine. and then explorer.exe crashed SHIT so i tried what i usually do open up task manager and shut down explorer.exe and then run it again it didn't work. so i had to hold the button in to shut it down when i turned it back on the windows xp that shows right after the POST just froze every time. i tried over and over but it still didn't work. so my guess is that the alien GUIse integrated with system files that were needed to load and it had corrupted them. so SAFE MODE!!!! yes safe mode i loaded windows in to safe mode successfully and set the theme manger to widows classic. Restarted the computer and it booted up fine. so now i have alien GUIse successfully working. what happened before though i don't really know but it works fine now. so the purpose of this blog well my first and I'm just getting use to this, and just for something to try. i think i will continue to blog its fun. :-)
